Salary: $107,500 - $179,100 (USD) Annual | Location: Remote, USA

About the Opportunity:

M&T Bank is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join their growing team as an outside Regional Sales and Marketing professional. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background or interest in Construction Equipment Financing in the Greater San Francisco/San Jose/Northern California area. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and building customer relationships, prospecting new clients, and closing finance transactions to meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and expand existing relationships while developing new leads through prospecting within your assigned territory
• Follow up on leads and negotiate and nurture business relationships with industry-related companies
• Attend trade shows and other events to network and build professional relationships
• Travel within your assigned territory as needed

Job Requirements:

• Sales experience in financing heavy equipment
• Strong relationship management skills
• Basic exposure and understanding of financial statements
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Degree in Finance and/or Accounting preferred
• Familiarity with Uniform Commercial Code and lien perfection
