We are looking for an Enterprise Billing Success Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced Customer Success Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Prompt billing expert to customers through support channels and during onboarding.
• Work with third-party billing organizations and in-house billing teams to provide support and process implementation.
• Train enterprise billing teams and assist in teaching best practices for billing, invoicing, and AR on the Prompt platform.
• Provide reporting training to teams of all sizes, particularly in the areas of accrual accounting, AR reporting, and RCM KPI data.
• Build relationships with enterprise billing teams and understand their unique needs to help configure and develop workflows.
• Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and effectively respond to customer inquiries.
• Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by exceeding expectations and delivering value.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the medical billing industry, preferably in PT/OT/SLP.
• Experience working with enterprise-sized RCM companies with 100+ therapists.
• 2-3 years of RCM leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel.
• Passion for learning and understanding software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
