AHU Technologies: Business Analyst- Chicago, IL

Salary: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour

Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for driving efficiency and innovation through technology? Look no further! AHU Technologies is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with our Catering, Hospitality, and Inflight business partners to identify and develop requirements for our Catering and Meals Services system replacement. As a thought leader in technical business processes, you will play a crucial role in developing forward-thinking systems requirements that promote increased efficiency, reliability, and intelligence.

We have a growing number of resources available for development projects, and we are currently working on various projects such as media entertainment, ERP solutions, data warehousing, web applications, telecommunications, and medical solutions for clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.
• Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, effectively communicating with production, managerial, and executive teams.
• Identify, evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements and processes on an ongoing basis.
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree or related work experience.
• Proven experience in process and systems requirements gathering.
• Proven analytical abilities.
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
