Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications in both frontend and backend layers.
  • Contribute to the modernization of legacy systems by enabling integration with modern platforms, APIs, and services.
  • Integrate APIs, machine learning models, and AI services into applications to enhance functionality and automation.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and platform teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Participate in solution design and architecture for modernization and AI-based projects, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Apply best practices for clean code, version control, automated testing, documentation, and CI/CD.
  • Explore, prototype, and implement solutions with Generative AI, NLP, computer vision, and intelligent automation as per project needs.
  • Support gradual migration and coexistence of legacy and modern technologies, ensuring stability and business continuity.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Advanced level of English for daily collaboration with international teams.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer in corporate environments or complex systems.
  • Strong practical experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
  • Willingness and curiosity to learn and work with legacy languages such as COBOL, Natural/Adabas, PL/I, or similar.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with a proactive mindset and a focus on continuous learning.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Groovy, Python, or React.
  • Practical experience with Docker and containerized environments.
  • Familiarity with graph databases such as Neo4j.
  • Experience in integrating applications with Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Knowledge of AI Agent configuration and orchestration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Exposure to legacy modernization toolkits or frameworks.
