Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of the platform
• Validate new features, test integrations to other systems, and identify issues before they reach customers
• Help maintain quality standards for tools and cloud infrastructure used by development, customer success, and sales teams

Job Specifications

• At least 2 years of professional QA or product testing experience with commercial B2B or enterprise-level applications
• At least 2 years of experience working remotely
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven and take ownership of the quality of work and end result
• Constantly curious and enjoy learning new techniques and skills
• Familiarity with accounting, finance, manufacturing, warehousing, and inventory control concepts
• Bonus skills include familiarity with Ruby on Rails and Javascript-based apps, as well as automated testing tools
• Basic programming knowledge or background is a plus
