Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize project backlogs, ensuring efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to define and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are translated into functional solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Actively participate in discovery processes, generating documentation for future phases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Notion.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Experience as a Project Manager will be considered.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
