The Opportunity:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving net-new ACV growth, expansion within large enterprises, and adoption of the combined Mendix + RapidMiner portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work with elite cross-functional teammates, including data scientists, low-code engineers, AI modelers, industry experts, and customer success managers. You will be responsible for building C-suite relationships across CIO, CDO, CTO, COO, and VP/Line-of-Business personas, and leading complex pursuits involving data, app dev, AI, and industry teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth in named and strategic accounts by executing a territory plan focused on new logo acquisition and expansion of existing enterprise accounts within the automotive vertical.
  • Sell the combined Mendix + RapidMiner platform, positioning a unified portfolio across low-code, data engineering, model ops, knowledge graph, AI/ML, and application modernization.
  • Lead complex pursuits across matrixed teams, including Solution Architecture, Data Science, Industry Experts, Customer Success, Partners, and Siemens global account teams.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships by engaging senior executives with a point of view on how to reduce technical debt, accelerate innovation, modernize legacy estates, and operationalize AI.
  • Ensure pipeline quality, velocity, and forecast accuracy by following a disciplined territory planning and MEDDIC/Challenger qualification process.
  • Represent Siemens and the platform as a thought leader at industry conferences, executive roundtables, and customer events, and mentor junior sellers.

Qualifications:

  • 5โ€“10+ years of experience selling complex enterprise software, such as AI/ML, data platforms, cloud, integration, low-code, or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of consistent overachievement, with experience closing seven-figure deals.
  • Deep experience working with C-suite and senior stakeholders on strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Strong command of Challenger, MEDDIC, or other enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Ability to orchestrate global, matrixed pursuit teams and manage highly complex sales cycles.
  • Strong business acumen with a point of view on data strategy, AI, application modernization, and automation.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience with platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Snowflake, Palantir, Databricks, Appian, Pega, or equivalent enterprise portfolios.
  • Background selling into industries such as automotive or heavy equipment.
  • Ability to articulate both technical and business value of unified Data + AI + Low-Code solutions.
