As a Product Designer at RIDR, you will have the opportunity to take on a leading design role and set quality standards for all visual output.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and maintain Figma environment as the single source of truth
• Develop brand identities and comprehensive Figma templates
• Design motion-rich interfaces and micro-interactions
• Create graphic assets, including logos and icons
• Take a leading design role and set quality standards for all visual output

Requirements:

• Expertise in Figma with a strong portfolio of digital product design
• Strong visual identity skills, including typography, color theory, and brand systems
• Autodidactic mindset with a curiosity for learning
• Keen aesthetic sense with an obsession for visual detail
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or similar vector tools

Nice to Have:

• Working knowledge of Motion Design (After Effects, Rive, or Lottie)
• Experience with React Native styling constraints or design tokens
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) in motion and color
