Our team is made up of industry experts in open-source software, security, and cloud-native development. We value customer obsession, intentional action, balance between work and fun, trust and transparency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain end-to-end funnel analysis to track website engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline growth.
  • Own performance marketing and web analytics, including analyzing paid search, paid social, and website traffic to identify high-performing pages, conversion drop-offs, and funnel friction.
  • Analyze full-funnel performance from first touch through opportunity, identifying optimization opportunities across campaigns, landing pages, lifecycle flows, and BDR handoffs.
  • Evaluate lead quality, speed-to-lead, and conversion performance to improve follow-up efficiency and meeting outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track channel, segment, and regional performance, ROI, and efficiency.
  • Analyze marketing performance to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities and present clear, actionable recommendations to marketing leadership.
  • Lead bi-weekly marketing performance meetings, providing insights and recommendations on marketing programs.
  • Contribute to improving analytics infrastructure, documentation, and reporting standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in SQL and BI tools (preferably Sigma) and marketing attribution tools such as Hockeystack.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and web funnels, including paid media, website optimization, and conversion analysis.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and sales funnel metrics, pipeline, and attribution.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with stakeholders at varying levels of technical and data fluency.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.

Perks and Benefits:

  • Flexible and remote-first culture, with bi-annual team meetups and a monthly stipend for coworking spaces, phone, and internet costs.
  • Stock options upon hire and promotion, with the ability to participate in secondary offerings and exercise options for up to 10 years.
  • 100% covered health, vision, and dental insurance premiums for employees and their dependents.
  • Unlimited flexible time off.
  • 18 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 12 weeks for non-birthing parents.
