CELUS is seeking a Business Development Representative (F/M/D) to join their sales team and drive the growth of their CELUS Design Platform. This role offers the opportunity to identify and secure new business opportunities, contribute to the company's sales pipeline, and ultimately achieve successful sales wins.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and tactics to create sales opportunities and enhance the company's sales pipeline
  • Manage sales pipeline at targeted accounts, focusing on high-potential prospects
  • Convert leads into sales meetings and drive them towards successful sales wins
  • Define and implement workflows and best practices to optimize conversion rates from leads to orders
  • Develop repeatable and scalable processes to support the growth of the sales organization
  • Represent the company at trade shows and other industry events globally, and support direct customer meetings to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of proven experience in business development and sales in the technology or electronics industry
  • Preferred understanding of the semiconductor, component manufacturing, and electronic distribution industry
  • Familiarity with the electronics design ecosystem and previous experience in an Electronic Design Automation (EDA) environment
  • Previous experience in generating sales leads, creating sales opportunities, and converting them into sales wins
  • Ability to develop strategies to enhance pipeline growth and conversion rates
  • Skilled in conducting customer meetings, driving business growth through face-to-face interactions and relationship building
  • An independent self-starter with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and growth objectives
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
