Key Responsibilities

• Utilize causal inference methods and statistical analyses to provide actionable insights and enhance our understanding of how product, content, and algorithms impact content discovery for our members.
• Develop robust metrics and measurement frameworks to aid decision-making for stakeholders and product features.
• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality and trustworthy outputs that influence decisions and shape the direction of the company.
• Proactively identify trends in content discovery to identify future opportunities.
• Work independently on projects and drive their success.

Job Specifications

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science roles.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis methods, including causal inference, statistical learning, and experimentation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and minimal oversight.
