Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product discovery and research related to product evolution and target markets
• Prioritize long and medium-term bets, advocating for clear criteria for product prioritization within and outside the product team
• Collaborate with UX and Tech Lead to define and deliver an effective product through prototypes
• Ensure continuous evolution of the company's product vision
• Conduct thorough diagnoses and share learnings to inform and potentially change the direction of the business
• Manage feature or product launches, aligning internal and external communication processes
• Investigate hypotheses, validate the most promising theses with users, and use a variety of methodologies to quickly advance towards the final goal
• Analyze product efficiency through data, understand user behavior, and drive rapid iterations through experiments
• Orchestrate improvements, innovations, bugs, and features within sprints
• Maintain a defined timebox for events to avoid wasting time
• Detail user stories (US) to ensure the product team understands what needs to be done in a clear and contextualized manner
• Build, enhance, and maintain team backlogs
• Assist in creating the product roadmap
• Coordinate and manage Sprint planning meetings
• Ensure the quality of product delivery

Job Specifications:

• A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to tasks

• Flexibility, proactivity, resilience, and adaptability to change
• Previous experience as a Product Owner
• Knowledge of UX/UI is a plus
