Semios: Enterprise Applications Analyst (CRM)

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year

Location: Vancouver, BC (hybrid work model) or remote within Canada

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Enterprise Applications Analyst to join our team and help us achieve our mission of reducing the use of pesticides and supporting sustainable global food production.

As an Enterprise Applications Analyst, you will play a key role in building and sustaining our CRM application ecosystem. You will work closely with stakeholders across sales, service, and operations to ensure high-quality data, consistent workflows, and seamless integrations between CRM and related systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Systems analysis and design
• Configuration and integration
• Data management and reporting
• Testing and support
• Stakeholder engagement and governance

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of hands-on CRM and enterprise applications implementation experience
• Experience with integrations and designing/supporting APIs, middleware, and workflow automation
• Familiarity with security and access management
• Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools
• Strong experience with data management and validation
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment with strong attention to detail

Preferred:

• CRM and CPQ certifications
• Experience with Quote-to-Cash, lead-to-order, service workflows, or subscription-based business models
• Exposure to cloud platforms and data warehouses
• Experience with automation and AI within enterprise systems
• Agile project management methodology experience
• Experience scaling enterprise systems within high-growth, mid-sized organizations
