Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for mission-critical applications as part of the global Application Managed Services (AMS) team
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues, either directly or by escalating to higher support levels
• Replicate reported issues for troubleshooting purposes
• Recommend changes to training based on incident trends and volumes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Document change requests, test results, and approvals thoroughly
• Collaborate with team members in a virtual environment to extend field experience
• Contribute to the development of knowledge-sharing methodologies and diagnostic tools
• Identify, manage, and resolve complex risks and issues

Job Specifications

• Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant hands-on experience as a consultant or production support provider
• Excellent knowledge of support business processes and applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft)
• Functional and technical development skills, with a deep understanding of PeopleSoft application processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Exposure to ServiceNow application
• Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment
• Fluent in both English and Portuguese
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or related field
