Role

As a Manager, Payor Partnerships and Revenue Cycle Financial Strategist, you will play a key role in driving revenue, growth, and performance through detailed analysis and strategic partnerships with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate competitive pricing
  • Develop profitable growth strategies
  • Identify and implement operating model improvements to increase collection rates
  • Analyze and manage certain fee-for-service and value-based contracts with national payors
  • Collaborate with various business leaders and finance organizations to establish forecasts and financial improvement strategies

Requirements

  • Strong background in financial analysis and modeling
  • Expertise in revenue pipeline development and growth strategy
  • Experience in leveraging data analytics and business insights to drive operational and financial optimization
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex financial and operational data for diverse audiences
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in financial services or healthcare finance
  • Demonstrated track record of success in a financial role
