Salary: $146,536.00 - $219,814.40

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for net revenue estimation, A/R valuation, and government reimbursement functions within the Controller organization
• Oversee managers responsible for contractual and bad debt allowance methodologies, net revenue modeling and analysis, and government reimbursement and cost reporting
• Ensure consistency, rigor, and integrity of methodologies supporting some of the largest and highest-risk financial estimates on the balance sheet
• Partner with internal and external auditors related to revenue recognition, reimbursement, and compliance activities
• Lead continuous improvement efforts across net revenue and reimbursement processes, tools, and reporting
• Provide guidance related to net revenue and reimbursement considerations for acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational changes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Progressive healthcare accounting or finance experience, with direct exposure to net revenue estimation and A/R valuation or government reimbursement and cost reporting
• Demonstrated experience leading specialized teams within a complex or matrixed organization
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP-based healthcare revenue recognition

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with net revenue or reimbursement modeling tools (e.g., Crowe/Kodiak RCA or similar platforms)
• Public accounting background with healthcare audit or cost report consulting experience
• CPA designation (preferred, not required)
