As an IAM Okta Engineer, you will be a crucial part of shaping and securing DriveTime's identity infrastructure. You will utilize your expertise in IAM protocols and tools to automate processes, integrate systems, and ensure secure and streamlined access to resources for all users. Responsibilities:

• Utilize Okta to build secure, scalable, and user-friendly identity access solutions
• Automate IAM processes and integrate systems across cloud and hybrid environments
• Ensure secure, reliable, and streamlined access to tools and data for all users
• Stay ahead of industry trends and implement solutions for complex problems

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with IAM protocols (SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, etc.)
• Proficiency in IAM tools, technologies, cloud and hybrid environments (Okta, EntraID, JumpCloud, Active Directory, GCP, AWS, etc.)
• Demonstrable proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, SQL)
• Clear understanding of I.T. control frameworks (PCI-DSS, SOX, NIST, SOC-2, ISO 27001/2)
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience with Okta, including a deep understanding of modern authentication protocols and user lifecycle management
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and managing IAM solutions
• 4+ years of experience with automation and integration, streamlining IAM processes across applications and systems
