Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure SLA and performance tracking across vendors and operational workflows
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Develop recommendations for operational changes and implement improvements
• Serve as an escalation point for performance and quality issues
• Collaborate with vendors to review performance and support improvements
• Design and maintain training materials, SOPs, and best practices
• Execute continuous improvement initiatives and ensure changes are adopted
• Partner with Product and Engineering to provide operational feedback
• Collaborate with Customer Success to align operational performance with customer expectations
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards to track performance and trends

Job Specifications:

• 4+ years of experience in operations, quality, or business process roles
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis
• Experience driving root cause analysis and resolution
• Ability to work with vendors and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards
• Proven ability to create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and guidelines
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment
