Role

As a Senior Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering industry-standard training materials. You will also provide hands-on support to front-line workers and their supervisors, ensuring quality training with measurable outcomes. In addition, you will conduct post-training assessments and assist in identifying training and support needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to troubleshoot problems
• Strong understanding of IT project management, engineering, and maintenance
