Responsibilities:

• Utilize QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets for data entry and operational support.
• Manage purchase orders and communicate with vendors.
• Track and compare inventory levels.
• Generate customer and vendor aging reports.
• Update prices weekly and daily.
• Provide exceptional customer service and process orders.
• Review and finalize invoices before shipment.

Job Specifications:

• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Prior experience in accounting or inventory management is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field is preferred.
