About the Role:

WEX is seeking a customer-obsessed Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join their team and lead the go-to-market strategy for their Corporate Payments solutions. This includes their Embedded Payments portfolio and will involve shaping competitive positioning, driving adoption among key audiences, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evolve messaging strategies and narratives tailored to core and emerging Payments audiences
  • Translate technical capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with customers
  • Utilize market insights to sharpen WEX's differentiation in the industry
  • Lead go-to-market efforts for the Embedded Payment portfolio, including new product features and API enhancements
  • Build adoption programs to assist customers with onboarding and achieving value from their first use
  • Ensure successful launches by measuring impact in awareness, usage, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to provide ongoing updates and competitive insights
  • Conduct primary and secondary research, track industry trends, and measure adoption and win rates to make data-driven recommendations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in product marketing or related roles in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies, messaging, and enablement content
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to validate assumptions and surface insights
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
