Responsibilities

• Supporting the recruitment process for partner acquisition, working closely with the Alliances team to ensure Ottimate is top of mind for potential channel partners.
• Developing channel marketing strategies tailored to different types of partners (reseller, referral, OEM) to drive long-term and scalable growth.
• Collaborating with partners to execute optimal go-to-market tactics for driving joint pipeline and co-sell opportunities, considering their tiering and strategic importance.
• Producing joint content assets with industry experts to showcase the benefits of Ottimate's "better together" solution.
• Keeping partners up-to-date with the latest product and company announcements from Ottimate.
• Coordinating with the events team to ensure partner participation in Ottimate's marketing initiatives.
• Managing the partner marketing budget and ensuring maximum ROI.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify channel trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Developing industry-specific marketing campaigns targeted at partner audiences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in channel marketing or related roles.
• A proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive channel marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
• Proficiency in demand generation and lead generation strategies.
• Experience using marketing automation platforms (such as Marketo) and CRM systems (such as SFDC).
• Knowledge of distribution and partner channel dynamics in the AP space.
