Their properties, including UFC, WWE, and PBR, reach 1 billion households across 210 countries and territories and organize more than 500 live events year-round. On Location is the Official Hospitality Provider for multiple Olympic Games, and also partners with major sports rights holders through IMG, a global sports marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning and execution of premium hospitality and ticket products for Olympic and Paralympic Games
  • Help build and maintain product offerings across ticketing, hospitality, travel, and on-site experiences
  • Manage product inventory and internal systems supporting ticket builds, pricing, and customer delivery
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and updates
  • Support product testing, documentation, and training efforts
  • Track timelines and deliverables for major product launches and event periods
  • Collect and organize customer feedback and market insights to inform product improvements
  • Assist with on-site product operations during Olympic host city events

Job Specifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelorโ€™s or masterโ€™s degree program (entering junior year or later at the time of the internship) in business, engineering, computer science, design, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated interest in product management, technology, and digital products
  • Comfortable working with data and learning new tools quickly
  • Experience in product thinking, user research, or software development is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile concepts or common product tools is helpful but not required

Program Details:

  • Internship opportunities available in locations such as New York City, Atlanta, Austin, Raleigh, Dallas, Fort Worth, Las Vegas, and Stamford, CT
  • In-person and in-office internships
  • 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours
  • Hands-on experience in the global sports and entertainment industry
  • Participation in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, speaker series, and career training workshops

Important Dates:

  • January 30th: Internships posted on career sites
  • February 28th: Applications accepted through this date
  • March 1st to March 27th: Recruiter will contact candidates and begin the interview process
  • March 30th to April 17th: Offers extended to selected candidates
  • May 18th: Program start date
  • 12 weeks in length from May 18th to August 7th
