Position: DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Automate manual procedures, perform capacity planning, and monitor and optimize infrastructure costs
• Setup monitoring and alerting to ensure systems are performing as expected
• Evaluate and refine processes, tools, and methodologies to achieve better results
• Represent the team through skilled interactions with internal and external clients to inspire confidence and manage expectations
• Participate in an on-call rotation and handle periodic out-of-band requests

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with automation tools such as CI/CD, Terraform, AzureDevOps, and Powershell
• Experience setting up monitoring and alerting mechanisms to ensure environments are functioning properly
• Ability to visualize and document DevOps processes and mentor team members in proper use of tools and techniques
• Familiarity with database migration tools, such as www.dbmgr.net, EF Migrations, or Flyway
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with an "everything as code" mindset
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
