Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements and create demonstrations to provide proof of concept.
• Provide input and advice on Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM capabilities, functions, and features to clients and prospects.
• Conduct hands-on implementation, configuration, and development of Dynamics 365/CRM components.
• Develop strong client relationships and understand their business processes.
• Analyze and provide recommendations to meet deliverable targets and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Gather requirements and perform business process analysis.
• Provide technical expertise in proposal development and presentations to potential clients.
• Deliver presentations to all levels of management.
• Adapt to different learning styles when training or gathering requirements.
• Create documentation for clients, including functional and technical requirements, design, training, and process engineering.

Job Specifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM consulting and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM 2015/2016.
• Familiarity with Business Process Analysis and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Experience with proposal development and presentations.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
