Bamboo Works: Senior AI Operations & Automation Manager

Salary: $800-1100 per month based on a 20-hour workweek (flexible depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain high-level workflows using n8n, Make.com, and Zapier
• Proactively analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and redesign them for maximum ROI and operational impact
• Build and deploy specialized AI-powered agents for tasks such as automated email handling, document generation, financial calculations, and internal support systems
• Seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing systems and tools
• Ensure all automations are robust, fully documented, and scalable
• Act as a strategic consultant to the founder, prioritizing technical initiatives based on their business value

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in automation, operations engineering, or AI-integrated systems
• Strong hands-on experience with n8n or Make.com and familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Proven experience building AI agents or chatbots for real-world operational use cases
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
• High familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools
• Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability for project outcomes

• Experience working in diverse industries such as e-commerce, SaaS, real estate, or services
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
