As a Marketing - Graphic and Web Designing Manager, you will have the chance to work closely with our marketing team and contribute to the success of both our organization and our clients.

About Us:

Based in the SFO-Bay Area, The Class Consulting Group provides consulting services to senior management and Board of Directors of non-profit and philanthropic organizations. We also offer community leadership opportunities to professionals. Our firm specializes in business consulting services such as marketing, strategy, human resources/organization, finance, and IT. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Group Lead Marketing to create media products that contribute to the achievement of our organization's and clients' objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on the layout and design of media.
  • Participate in the initial planning of the website, discussing and implementing ideas for layout, color schemes, and images.
  • Review and present graphic materials in an eye-catching yet organized manner.
  • Translate informational and marketing content into a functional and visually effective website.
  • Utilize computer software and design techniques to create animation and interactive designs.
  • Develop and enforce content and display standards.
  • Maintain and update the CLASS website and provide access to other teams.

Requirements:

Education Qualification & Experience:

  • Degree or diploma in a media-related field preferred.
  • 5-8 years of prior experience in web design or a related field such as multimedia design, content management, audio-video editing, or multimedia programming and technology.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, WordPress, web programming, cross-browser compatibility, web user interface design, security principles, object-oriented design, web services, and multimedia content development.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.

Commitment:

  • Minimum 1+ year commitment for the unpaid pro-bono position.
  • Attend weekly virtual meetings.
  • Minimum of 5 hours per week, excluding meeting time.
  • Continuous learning and development opportunities.
