Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with enterprise customers and prospects to offer solutions that transform the way organizations deliver business applications.
  • Build and manage relationships with senior executives to understand their needs and priorities, and simplify the deal process.
  • Identify high-value opportunities and drive sales pipeline in collaboration with channel partners.
  • Articulate the unique value of Mendix to customers at both technical and business levels.
  • Understand the customer's buying process and develop strategies to mitigate risks and increase deal confidence.
  • Play a core role in the closing process, including negotiations and procurement activities.
  • Communicate and brainstorm with the extended team to develop account and opportunity strategies.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Extensive experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targets.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with customer executives at the highest levels.
  • Demonstrated skills in managing complex sales cycles and providing direction to the extended team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce to maintain an accurate pipeline.
  • High energy and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
