Salary: $290,000 – $320,000 per year

Location: US CA San Jose - River Oaks Pkwy (Hybrid role with regular onsite work days preferred, other major metropolitan areas within the U.S may be considered)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale a world-class field marketing team to drive regional and segment-specific growth
• Own aggressive pipeline and bookings targets, partnering with sales to design customer-centric marketing programs with measurable ROI
• Set bold goals and challenge your team and the company to achieve maximum potential
• Act as a trusted partner to sales leadership, ensuring alignment and mutual accountability for results
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Leverage solutions marketing expertise to bring the voice of the customer back to HQ and provide feedback to global marketing on campaign needs
• Optimize marketing mix and strategies by region to achieve targets
• Utilize data and analytics to continuously improve program performance

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing field marketing in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Proven success in driving double-digit growth in pipeline and bookings through field marketing initiatives
• Ability to build and lead high-performing teams across geographies
• Experience in marketing analytics and ROI measurement
• Background in solutions product marketing strongly preferred
