As the Paid Media & Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by owning the entire acquisition funnel. Your focus will be on translating growth strategies into high-performance execution, ensuring not only lead generation but also quality, conversion, and real impact on the business. You will have the autonomy to operationalize, test, optimize, and continuously improve all aspects of acquisition, conversion, and customer acquisition cost (CAC). Your responsibilities will include overseeing multi-channel campaigns, managing the budget, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with various teams to achieve growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end acquisition funnel, ensuring performance from lead generation to conversion into opportunities, with a focus on CAC efficiency, MQL quality, and real business impact.
  • Balance operational efficiency, pressure for results, and data-driven decision-making, with a short and medium-term business view.
  • Drive experimentation and continuous improvement through A/B testing, CRO initiatives, and constant optimization of campaigns, landing pages, and flows, maintaining a high level of dissatisfaction with stagnant results.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel acquisition campaigns, leveraging Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels, by collaborating with specialists in communication, design, SEO, and martech to drive conversions.
  • Define budget allocation, monitor key indicators, and make adjustments based on quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Ensure excellence in data, martech, and integrations, by ensuring that media, CRM, and analytical tools are correctly structured for a clear understanding of lead origin, quality, and conversion.
  • Work closely with SEO, communication, design, sales, and technology teams to drive growth through lead generation, demand education, and customer activation.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in acquisition and performance, at a senior or specialist level.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2B2C, with the ability to switch strategies based on the target audience.
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, and experimentation.
  • Analytical mindset, logical reasoning, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Business acumen and a sense of ownership.
  • Proactivity, a sense of urgency, and a drive for results.
  • Experience with AI applied to performance, analysis, and experimentation.
