UTTR is seeking a highly experienced Senior Campaign Manager to lead and execute paid digital marketing campaigns for multiple B2B clients. This is a senior-level position with end-to-end responsibility for campaign success, making strategic decisions, and driving tangible business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, set up, and manage paid digital campaigns for B2B clients.
  • Lead campaign launch and ongoing optimization across various platforms, including LinkedIn Ads, Paid Search (Google & Bing), Meta, and others.
  • Ensure timely and flawless execution, aligned with client KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities and risks, and conduct advanced testing and optimization initiatives.
  • Analyze data from B2B martech and analytics tools to inform strategy and continuously improve performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clients with data-backed recommendations.
  • Stay updated on platform developments and best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B campaign management.
  • Proven track record managing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Paid Search (Google/Bing), and Meta.
  • Strong understanding of how paid media integrates with broader B2B marketing and revenue strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B martech tools, including HubSpot, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Highly data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas simply.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a "get things done" mentality.
  • Advanced level of English (C1).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with BigQuery, Looker Studio, or similar data and visualization tools.
  • Direct experience working with platform representatives.
  • Familiarity with attribution/enrichment tools such as Apollo, Primer, ZoomInfo, Albacross, HockeyStack, Terminus, or Dreamdata.
