Role

The Client Support Agent will provide excellent customer service support throughout the customer care process. This includes responding to customer requests through defined channels, liaising with the business using Salesforce functionalities to manage customer relationships, and addressing customer complaints efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service support throughout the customer care process.
  • Respond to customer requests through defined channels.
  • Liaise with the business using Salesforce functionalities to manage customer relationships.
  • Register and address customer complaints, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reduce cycle time.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
  • 1-2 years of equivalent work experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Previous experience with SAP and/or SalesForce is desirable.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.
  • Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively with customers.
