Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and deliver customized advisory solutions
• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify inefficiencies and improve decision-making
• Develop and present data-driven recommendations for optimizing leadership and processes
• Design and implement strategic frameworks to drive sustainable growth for clients
• Lead and participate in client consultations, delivering insights through presentations, reports, and workshops
• Support risk management, negotiation strategies, and conflict resolution efforts across diverse industries
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver practical and measurable solutions
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business consulting, strategic advisory, or a related field
• Proven ability to deliver high-level advisory services across corporate, public, or multinational organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience delivering data-driven insights
• Expertise in strategic planning, organizational change, and process optimization
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead senior-level engagements
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering insights to executive audiences
