Key Responsibilities:

  • Own sales relationships and revenue delivery for CPG and endemic advertisers.
  • Develop strategic proposals that align with brand marketing goals and media plans.
  • Lead joint business planning and annual negotiations with CPG partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns and renewals.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and cross-channel investment.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM pipeline management.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in CPG, shopper marketing, or retail media sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building strategic partnerships.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of retailer and CPG planning cycles and marketing investment frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

Skills and Physical Demands:

Hard Skills: CPG and shopper-marketing sales expertise, retail media planning and activation knowledge, strategic proposal development, strong negotiation and presentation skills, cross-channel opportunity identification, and CRM-based pipeline and forecasting management.
