As a Product Designer, you will lead the design cycle and play a pivotal role in transforming ideas and dreams into reality. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, defining requirements, creating high-fidelity prototypes, and supporting implementation. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present to stakeholders, and drive the design process forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design cycle: Manage the entire UX/UI design process, from initial research and discovery to creating high-fidelity prototypes and providing support during implementation.
  • Advanced prototyping: Utilize tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Axure RP to develop interactive prototypes and detailed mockups, with a clear justification for the chosen tool based on project needs.
  • Functional requirements: Collaborate with Product Owners/BAs to translate business and technical requirements into functional design solutions, considering user personas and their usage environments.
  • Design system management: Establish, maintain, and evolve style guides, UI component libraries, and branding standards to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
  • Validation and feedback: Present drafts and designs to stakeholders, facilitate constructive feedback sessions, and turn criticism into opportunities for iteration and improvement.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA/QC teams to ensure technical feasibility and deliver high-quality designs.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Robust portfolio showcasing experience in creating complex user interfaces and experiences, with examples of prototypes, mockups, and design processes.
  • Proficiency in design tools: Expertise in prototyping and design tools such as Figma and/or Adobe XD. Experience with Axure RP for high-fidelity prototyping is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
  • Experience with User-Centered Design: Proven ability to create and apply user personas, user flows, and customer journeys to inform design decisions.
  • Communication and feedback skills: Ability to present and defend design solutions, manage feedback (including negative feedback), and build consensus with stakeholders.
  • Exposure, knowledge, or previous experience in Product Management.
  • Knowledge or experience in building custom corporate digital products (Enterprise Level).

It's a plus if you have:

  • Experience with Design Systems.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or API integration.
  • Experience with project/product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello).
