Role: Engineering Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide engineering teams in complex projects
• Ensure technical quality and promote good development practices
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other departments to define and deliver solutions
• Work with technical staff to design initial solutions
• Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process
• Promote excellence in systems monitoring

Job specifications:

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar role
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer or Software Engineer in Test
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Intermediate to advanced English level
