Role

  • Provide daily support to the Operations Business team
  • Handle financial consolidation for the Toronto Site Green Aircraft
  • Analyze financial performance and assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and targets

Responsibilities

  • Support reporting and analysis of actual results for overhead expenses, headcount, and overtime on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Assist in preparing monthly accruals for expenses and other direct costs
  • Consolidate weekly performance reporting data for visibility of actual hours incurred and other KPI data
  • Prepare quarterly forecasts and perform audit processes to ensure compliance with internal controls

Requirements

  • Studying in the field of Business, Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
  • Strong skills in Excel, SAP ECC / S4 HANA & EPM / BPC, and Power BI (asset)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities

This is an 8-month internship with a flexible and hybrid workplace arrangement. The base salary for this position will be determined based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
