Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage key client relationships to drive growth for the bank.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues, using strategic problem-solving to resolve conflicts and maintain strong relationships.
  • Structure complex deals and secure credit approvals with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and cross-selling bank products and services.
  • Review loan applications and cash management service agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop market strategies to align with business goals and expand client portfolios.
  • Represent the bank at industry forums and conferences, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to address client needs and drive holistic business solutions.
  • Prepare reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and market trends for senior executives.

Job Specifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management in a corporate or similar segmented banking environment.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge and proficiency in product knowledge, agricultural finance, regulatory compliance, and credit risk assessment.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and customer relationship building skills.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and handle non-routine situations with excellent judgment.
