Role

As a Senior Clinical Trial Web Application Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining custom-built Java web applications and mobile compatible web applications
  • Working closely with clients and cross-functional team members to understand business and technical requirements
  • Providing support and consultation for development and integration
  • Performing unit-level testing and bug fixes
  • Developing technical specifications and designing application components
  • Providing code maintenance and support
  • Identifying and implementing security measures for mobile and web applications
  • Mentoring and training new web application developers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
  • At least eight years of experience in a relevant field
  • Strong understanding of J2EE security, Concurrency, Transactions, Session Management, J2EE Patterns, and Frameworks
  • Experience with various computing platforms
  • Experience with requirements gathering and analysis, testing methodologies, and software development process frameworks
  • Experience with database design and maintenance
  • Knowledge of mobile and web application validation procedures
