Position Responsibilities:

• Develop website layouts and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript best practices
• Collaborate with designers to turn designs into functional website elements
• Ensure responsive design across all devices and web browsers
• Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and analyze web-related analytics
• Optimize landing pages for digital marketing purposes
• Create and maintain documentation
• Troubleshoot and test websites to ensure optimal security and functionality
• Assist in various marketing activities
• Meet or exceed monthly targets
• Adhere to company policies and values
• Work effectively in a collaborative environment and represent EBQ professionally to clients
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of responsive design and browser testing tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Reliable and possess a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Process-oriented

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal, and/or Webflow
• Familiarity with hosting providers like WPEngine, GoDaddy, Bluehost, or DreamHost
• Knowledge of PHP and WordPress webhooks
• Understanding of user experience/user interface principles
• Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Exposure to e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce/Shopify)
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Familiarity with project management software
• Knowledge of CDN integrations (Cloudflare)
• Experience with version control (GitHub)
• Understanding of website optimization (speed, accessibility, security, etc.)
