Role

Lead strategic discovery and direction by framing problems, defining goals, and articulating the "why" behind strategic decisions

Translate insights into action by synthesizing research into clear, actionable UX and content strategies

Guide teams through complexity by partnering closely with designers, developers, and project managers

Advise and challenge clients as a trusted advisor, communicating confidently with executives and stakeholders

Think in systems by considering content, UX, analytics, web technology, and marketing principles together

Support team growth by mentoring other strategists and contributing to shared learning

Requirements

  • Deep experience in UX and digital strategy, ideally in an agency environment
  • Experience guiding C-Suite leaders through digital transformation projects
  • Led 25+ complex website or digital projects from discovery through launch
  • Highly skilled in UX methods, including research, personas, user journeys, information architecture, and usability testing
  • Understanding of content strategy, SEO, analytics, and marketing principles and how they intersect with UX
  • Fluent in common platforms and tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CMS ecosystems
  • Fluent in web technology and systems to guide technical scoping and implementation of web projects
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make thoughtful decisions with incomplete information
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues of all levels
