Boond, an ERP software provider for consultancy firms, is seeking two Customer Care professionals to join their team and help transform the way they support their clients on a daily basis. With a satisfaction rate of 92% and the goal of reaching 95%, Boond needs your expertise to structure their Customer Care department and continue their growth.

Led by a Customer Care Lead Manager, the Customer Care team is responsible for providing first-line support to clients, resolving issues quickly, and helping clients become more independent with the use of Boond's AI, James.

As part of the Customer Care team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with your manager and another Customer Care professional to build and improve the service together. You will also receive support from Boond's coaches and tech/product teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries through Intercom, Boond's ticketing tool, with a focus on responsiveness and empathy
  • Assist clients via written communication, phone, or video to resolve issues with BoondManager
  • Provide clients with necessary resources such as videos, articles, and contextual help
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
  • Contribute to the improvement of Boond's knowledge base by identifying frequently asked questions and proposing updates to articles and processes
  • Continuously learn about Boond's product to better assist clients and participate in monthly product discussions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with Intercom is a plus
