As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in contributing to Bloomerang's impact in the nonprofit industry. You will be responsible for developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, driving proactive outbound efforts, and leading in-depth evaluations and negotiations with potential customers. With a focus on building trust and becoming a trusted advisor, you will immerse yourself in the nonprofit community and become an expert on Bloomerang's solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proactively drive approximately 30% of the pipeline through outbound efforts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from discovery to negotiations, with a minimum of 40% successful deals.
  • Lead in-depth evaluations and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure accurate forecast reporting and pipeline management using Salesforce.
  • Engage with the nonprofit community and become a trusted advisor.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role selling SaaS, with a proven track record of achieving at least 95% of your annual quota and consistently meeting 90% of your monthly targets.
  • Eagerness to learn and continuously improve through feedback and self-reflection.
  • Ability to successfully generate 30% of total deals through proactive efforts.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and maintaining accurate records.
  • Expert knowledge of Bloomerang's solutions and the ability to effectively communicate their value.
