As a remote employee based in Germany, you will have the opportunity to work with small to medium sized businesses, using proactive and inbound selling strategies to increase their usage of the HubSpot platform. This is a chance to act as a trusted advisor and business consultant, running the sales process from start to finish and helping businesses achieve their growth goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and be responsible for your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan.
  • Find new prospects through both inbound and self-sourced leads.
  • Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
  • Close new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly basis.
  • Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C-level.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategy when new features and products are introduced.
  • Conduct online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Experience in a complex selling environment.
  • Ability to present and pitch to C-level executives on business change.
  • Proven track record of managing monthly and annual pipelines and forecasting accurately.
  • Goal-oriented with a history of overachieving on monthly and annual targets.
  • Trained and/or certified in a standardized sales method (e.g. Sandler).
