Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend solutions for DevOps process automation.
  • Create and evolve CI/CD pipelines with a focus on high availability and security.
  • Implement integrations between internal systems and continuous delivery tools.
  • Ensure observability and monitoring of solutions (logs, metrics, alerts).
  • Collaborate with development squads to improve deployment and release practices.
  • Participate in defining architecture and technical standards for the Delivery platform.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong experience in backend languages (preferably Java, Go or Python).
  • Advanced knowledge in CI/CD (Gitlab, ArgoCD, etc.).
  • Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong command of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Knowledge in cloud computing (AWS, GCP or Azure).
  • Experience with monitoring and observability (Datadog, Grafana, ELK).
  • Best practices for security in pipelines and credential management.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge in feature flags, progressive delivery, and deployment strategies (canary, blue/green, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SRE and reliability practices.
