Key Responsibilities:

• Design intelligent sourcing pipelines that automate the discovery of top talent
• Optimize visibility across job platforms (traditional & non-traditional)
• Implement logic to pre-qualify and route candidates effectively
• Collaborate with our automation engineer to build smart, scalable solutions

Job Specifications:

• Passion for HR tech, AI, or workflow automation
• Experience or strong interest in recruitment or sourcing
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Familiarity with tools such as Power Automate, Make.com, n8n, and AI-assisted writing tools is a plus (don't worry, we'll guide you)
