• Optimize visibility across job platforms, both traditional and non-traditional
• Implement logic to pre-qualify and route candidates effectively
• Collaborate with automation engineers to build smart and scalable solutions

Requirements:

• Passion for HR tech, AI, or workflow automation
• Experience or strong interest in recruitment or sourcing
• Ability to simplify complexity and find creative solutions
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
