Gentia, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Estrategista Comercial (Inside Sales). With over 4,700 users and 1,800 subscribers, we have a clear vision of reaching 10,000 customers by 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales conversations and upselling through WhatsApp, using SPIN Selling and consultative diagnostic techniques.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel in the CRM, including lead control, stages, follow-ups, forecasts, and metrics.
  • Create and optimize contact cadences and sales playbooks.
  • Monitor campaign leads and identify opportunities for activation and reactivation.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to align messaging, timing, and market feedback.
  • Assist in building the company's sales process, including standardization, automation, and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to organize processes.
  • Practical experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD Station, or similar.
  • Ability to read and understand customers and ask intelligent SPIN Selling questions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic and ethical persuasion style.
  • Focus on achieving predictable results, not luck.
  • Autonomy and discipline to develop and execute your own sales method.
  • Emotional maturity, resilience, and a thirst for growth.
