Responsibilities:

• Implement new user-facing elements and pages for the company website.
• Ensure design consistency and align web development with our brand identity.
• Ensure all web design and code is responsive, cross-browser compatible, SEO-friendly, and adheres to best practices for web standards.
• Work closely with designers and other stakeholders to implement and improve the website.
• Identify and troubleshoot website issues, and optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Keep the website up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
• Regularly test the website for issues and fix any discovered bugs.
• Update and manage website content regularly, working with the Jekyll static site generator.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Javascript and core concepts.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in HTML5, SCSS.
• 2+ years of experience with React.
• 2+ years of experience with modern CSS/SCSS/Less/CSS-in-JS development.
• Experience with jQuery, Bootstrap, and Jekyll.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and UX design.
• Passionate about software development.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Beneficial experience:

• Experience with data visualization frameworks such as Chartjs, Google Charts, etc.
