Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Technical Roadmap by taking immediate ownership of the existing codebase and shaping the foundations for international scale.
• Rapidly deploy and maintain core features across the full stack with high accuracy.
• Stay ahead of the curve by integrating current trends and emerging developments in AI, consumer feedback platforms, and social-tech.
• Ensure the platform remains secure, user-friendly, and capable of handling high-volume growth.
• Transition into a CTO role, making high-level technical decisions that support future global expansion.

Tech Stack

Karmah Ltd expects their stack to evolve under your leadership. Deep, current experience with the following is required:

• React (JavaScript)
• .NET (C#)
• Flutter (Dart)
• PostgreSQL & MongoDB

Job Specifications

• 2-5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, ideally with experience leading teams or projects.
• A long-term mindset and commitment to the company's mission.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing code quality or security.
• Up-to-date expertise and knowledge of the latest developments in the tech industry.
• A self-starter who can work independently in a small team and take full responsibility for technical outcomes.
